It’s that time of year again when shop windows shine red and summer bargain hunters rake the rails for the best summer sale bargains. But has summer even been? We don’t think so.
But why complain? For those counting down the days, weeks or months until their summer holiday, or for those who dress in hope of the sun coming out, it means everything that might (at some point) be wearable in the next few months, is cheaper. Yip-eee.
